How much is delivery?
In metropolitan France:
- Fast delivery - 2 to 4 business days
- free delivery for all orders over 40€
- shipping cost billed for all orders under 40€ (visible before payment)
- Express delivery and other options: shipping cost and delivery options are visible before payment
Worldwide: shipping cost and delivery options are visible before payment.
How and when is my order sent?
- We deliver worldwide.
- All orders go through our logistics partner "Sympl," located in Paris and certified FR-BIO-10 according to the standards set by Agriculture Biologique for stocking organic products
- Our logistics partner "Sympl" uses a special machine to create custom shipping boxes out of recycled cardboard according to the dimensions of the articles you have ordered. "Sympl" uses an eco-friendly, water-based adhesive to seal packages.
- Proper delivery and your satisfaction are guaranteed.
- You will receive an e-mail containing your shipment's tracking number once your order has been processed
- Orders are sent out the same day if placed before 13h30, or otherwise the following business day.
- For standard delivery, you may anticipate your order's arrival within 2-4 business days (2-3 business days if you live in large city).
- We do not ship orders out during the weekend
- Despite the best efforts of our team and of our logistics partner, there may sometimes be unexpected delivery delays (during the holidays for example). If you have not received your order within 4 days, the best option is to contact us by email at email@example.com so that we can personally take care of you.

According to our general terms, we accept all returns and order cancellations within 30 calendar days, provided that all products are unopened in their original packaging and do not present signs of use or damage.
